  • Audio is processed locally on your device.
  • We do not store or transmit raw audio recordings.
  • Only the recognised text is used within the app.

This complies with Apple’s microphone usage requirements.

D) AI Processing (OpenAI via Cloud Functions)

To generate coaching feedback, we send:

  • The text of your question
  • The text of your answer
  • Follow-up prompts you request

…to our secure backend, which then processes it using a Large Language Model (OpenAI).

We DO NOT send:

  • Email
  • Account details
  • Device identifiers
  • Personal information outside the text you explicitly enter

AI responses are generated solely for your use.
Your text is not stored by the AI provider, beyond what is required to generate the response.
